Welcome to Lake Constance!



This apartment features a private entrance and a parking space right at the door. With 50 sqm on the ground floor, it is ideal for up to 3 guests. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a combined living-dining room with a kitchenette and a pull-out sofa, plus a south-facing terrace with partial lake view and close access to the beach.



Our house is located near the lake on the outskirts of Hemmenhofen. We offer a comfortable vacation apartment for 1 to 3 guests. Hemmenhofen has its own free bathing beach just 100 meters from the house, perfect for starting your explorations or adventures. Enjoy a wide range of sports activities such as hiking, cycling, sailing, and canoeing. Attractions like Salem Castle, Arenenberg Castle, Reichenau Island, Mainau Flower Island, the lakeside promenade, the cathedral, and the Gothic pillar basilica in Radolfzell are all nearby. Museums such as the Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen invite you to visit. Other cities worth seeing in the area include Bregenz, Engen, Heiligenberg, Konstanz, Lindau, Meersburg, Schaffhausen, and Stein am Rhein.

Pros: Sehr, sehr herzliche und hundefreundliche Gastgeber, die auch noch einige Tipps für Ausflüge hatten. Wasser und diverse Ausflugsziele rund um den Bodensee sehr gut und schnell erreichbar, Hunde sind in den meisten Zielen erlaubt.
