Vacation apartment with 70 sqm on the 3rd floor with balcony and beautiful view of the shore area and the lake. Guests have two bedrooms at their disposal. One room with a double bed, and one room with a bunk bed for 1 adult or 2 children. In a separate, well-equipped kitchen, guests will find basic facilities. A living and dining room can be used as a cozy lounge and relaxation area. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.



The vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential area, close to the center of Immenstaad. You have a beautiful view of Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps. The covered south-west-facing balcony invites you to do so.
