Twin Oaks villa located in the heart of Sea Pines and situated off of the 10th Fairway of the Harbourtown Golf Links- home of The Heritage Golf Tournament.

2 bedroom/2 bathroom comfortable villa. Master bedroom has king bed, flat screen television, full bath and a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with 2 entrances. Open loft sleeps 2 twin beds with half bath. Large living room has plenty of seating, flat screen television, DVD, and a fireplace. Wifi included. Kitchen has all major appliances, table that seats 4, and a washer and dryer. Separate dining room seats 6. This is an end unit, so provides extra privacy. Sliding glass doors open to patio sitting area to watch the beautiful Sea Pines nature overlooking a lagoon, beautiful Hilton Head sunsets, and the 10th fairway of the Harbourtown Golf Links and Clubhouse. Lagoon has lots of South Carolina wildlife.

The villa resort offers a pool with lounge chairs and tables. The pool is across the way from the villa's front door. A very quick walk on the golf course at dusk takes you to Harbourtown- home of the famous Red and White Lighthouse. Harbourtown offers lots of shopping, restaurants, outside bars, live music, and a large playground. Harbourtown has lots of activities such as boat tours, water activities, and children's fun. Also has a shuttle pick-up that will take you to all major locations in Sea Pines (such as The Beach Club, South Beach, and Sea Pines Center.) The villa is a quick drive, or nice bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club is public, and also has many activities such as a kid's craft corner, grill, beach bar, and fine dining restaurant. Sea Pines has some of the most beautiful bike paths on the island, and the bike path is located at the entrance of the complex. You can rent bikes at the Sea Pines Center, which is a quick drive or walk from the villa.

Perfect anniversary stay!

Great view. Easy walk to Harbour Town. Easy bike ride to the beach. We love coming back to Irene's condo. She is easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions in a timely manner.

Beautiful view and central spot in Sea Pines

Beautiful view and convenient location to get to trolley and Harbor Town. 7 min drive to the beach! House had everything we needed. Our third summer vacation in Sea Pines - always a wonderful time!

Although our stay was short, we enjoyed the beach, set out on a shrimp trawling adventure and watched a beautiful sunset. We have stayed with Irene numerous times. It is a fantastic location and the updates she has made recently make it even better. The king size mattress is super comfy. The blender for our smoothies was an added benefit since we forgot to bring ours. I highly recommended this condo.

Our Second Time at this Great Location

My wife and two young boys have found this to be a wonderful spot for our annual HH getaways. We typically spend two weeks at the beach and this is a great spot. We don’t spend much time in, so we don’t need a lot of space. That said, the space is certainly sufficient for a family of 4-6. One of the great renovations made this year was the flooring. There had been carpet but now there is a very nice laminate tile style flooring. If you’re looking for a simple and comfortable place to settle for a while at HH, this is a great option!

Desirable home on Sea Pines

This beautiful condo has plenty of space. The owners were kind enough to have everything stocked from cleaning supplies, plentiful kitchen appliances, stocked dishes, cookware and utensils, extra blankets and pillows. We don’t have any little ones, but there was even a pack and play available The condo was in a perfect location- close to the beach and Harbor Town. There was a lovely view from the 2 back patios of the famous Links at Harbor Town, a waterway— and beyond that the glistening Calibogie Sound where we watched the beautiful sunset and sailboats under the Spanish moss of the live oak trees. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Family Friendly

Our family of 4 and our Boston Terrier had a fantastic stay. Every effort was made to make this condo pet friendly and it did not disappoint! The best part was it did not smell of past pet guests! When we checked into the condo, it was clean and exactly as described in the description and photos. The loft with the twin beds and bathroom were a nice surprise for our 11 year old son! The king sized bed in the master was super comfortable and the view from the master can’t be beat! We loved biking to Harbor Town each evening and for us the beach was a manageable bike ride away. If it’s a bit too far for someone, the trolly picks up right down the street so that’s another very convenient way to get to the beach club or anywhere else in Sea Pines as well. We loved sitting outside and watching the alligator, various birds, turtles and two deer! We try to make it to Sea Pines once or twice a year and I will do my best to book this condo again! We did have a small issue w/the washer but the owner responded within 5 minutes of my messaging her so you can’t beat that! Overall we loved our week at 185 Twin Oaks and can’t wait to stay here again!

Fantastic Home

We were thrilled to stay in this beautiful and spacious home again. The prime location is right on the Harbour Town links with a waterway in the back yard with 2 private patios attracting a wide variety of birds and alligators. Beyond that you can see the Calibogie Sound which reflects the gorgeous sunsets. It is a very short distance between the beach and Harbour Town. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need while away from home. The owners were unbelievably responsive as I felt like I contacted them several times with silly questions which were answered immediately. The end unit provided extra light and extra views! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great Place

The property was everything that was mentioned in the listing. Excellent location and had great views of the golf course. The location was convenient to all of sea pines venues as well as really close to all of the Harbourtown shops and restaurants. We had a great time and would certainly book the Villa in the future.

We stay in Irene's condo twice a year. The location can't be beat if you are looking for a gorgeous view and close proximity to Harbour Town! It is also only short bike ride to the beach. Irene is always quick to respond with any questions or issues that arise.

Sweet villa on #10 at Harbour Town

Fantastic, very clean, exactly as described. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our mini-vacation. The condo was perfect for us. We especially appreciated coming back from our rounds of golf and sitting on the patio watching the tee shots from #10. We did need to exchange the propane tank, but I texted Irene the receipt and there was a refund check waiting for me when I got home. Convenient and peaceful!
