Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 230 m, railway station "Hospitalet de l'Infant" 2.8 km, sandy beach 500 m. Nearby attractions: Parque Portaventura 20 km, Parque Aquolopis 23 km, Parque Natural del Delta del Ebro 53 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Superbe villa familiale

Très belle villa avec piscine. Très spacieuse pour accueillir une famille tout en ayant de l'espace pour chacun. Climatisation, barbecue, terrasses, tv dans les chambres, 3 salles de bain.... Proche du centre mais aussi de la plage Crystal et des crics. Vis a vis un peu trop présent mais on s'y fait. Manque d'outils de cuisine et de chaises sur les terrasses.
