Donna is a wonderful host. She has a comprehensive listing of all nearby activities and restaurants in the home which is most helpful. Her home is very clean, in a convenient location, and very comfortable. The home is very private- you cannot see any neighbors. The kitchen is well equipped. The view of the tidal river is beautiful and calming. I would recommend this house without hesitation!

Donna's home is beautifully decorated and charmingly curated so it really feels like vacation! The kitchen is very well equipped with anything one could need to cook a great meal. The bathrooms are large and spa-like, with plush towels and thoughtful amenities. The living spaces are open with beautiful windows, and super comfy with white on whites, and Maine landscape neutral accents. The bedrooms reflect the same design sense with comfy beds and all three are large airy. There is a lovely deck for morning coffee and tidal views! Thank you for a wonderful place to spend the week in beautiful Maine.

Our family had a great time in our week stay at this lovely property. The house is beautifully done and the yard and view of the cove are perfect. And so much to do and see in the nearby mid-coast communities, and the state park beach is a short walk away. Highly recommended.

The house is immaculate, comfortable, and in a gorgeous spot right on a cove. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had 3 bald eagle sightings right from the deck. It’s a great spot for dogs-plenty of yard and very private. There is a lovely state park beach walking distance from the house. Highly recommend-We hope to return again!

Beautiful Birch Point Cottage

We just spent another wonderful week with our family at Birch Point Cottage! Donna’s place is truly exceptional. The tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings are terrific, but what really makes this place special is the beautiful setting. We look forward to returning again!

Marvelous Maine Getaway

Great location, quiet (except low flying aircraft at times in the early mornings (7:30am), cute and charming cottage with enough amenities to make our stay a relaxing one. Even with all the windows open the summer heat on the 2nd floor was uncomfortable at times, but the fans made it bearable. The view was beautiful during high tide. It was an overall nice stay. The best part was location…so many charming harbors to visit and lots of hiking options!

Fun and relaxing

The house was fabulous. Great for hanging out, cooking as a group, and comfortable sleeping. Perfect location. Walkable to a beach and a short drive to towns with restaurants and shopping.

Family Retreat

Our family, including adult children, so enjoyed the week at Birch Point Cottage. The cottage was spacious, 2 living spaces, a beautifully appointed kitchens for cooking, and a wonderfully furnished deck space for home cooked breakfasts, a relaxing afternoon, and evening cocktails.
