Family home in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Just 100 meters from the beach, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchenware. There’s also a living-dining room with sofa, TV, fireplace, table for 6, and ceiling fan. This floor also features an outdoor patio with table and chairs for dining al fresco, a small bathroom, and a garage with washing machine and clothesline, as well as parking for a small car, bicycles, or motorbikes.
Upstairs, there’s a main bedroom with a double bed and two more bedrooms—one with two single beds and another with a bunk bed. This floor also has a full bathroom with shower.
