It measures approximately 70 square metres and accommodates 2–4 people.
We’re happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for children—free of charge, of course.
Wi-Fi and internet access are also available.
Motorcyclists are welcome.

Dogs are not allowed in the holiday rental. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.

Stetten is the smallest municipality on Lake Constance, home to many winemakers and a variety of restaurants. The Roggele residential area is located above Meersburg, offering a beautiful view of Lake Constance and the Alps.
It takes just 5 minutes by car or bike to reach the lake.
The same applies to various nearby shopping options.

The towns of Meersburg, Überlingen, Markdorf, as well as Friedrichshafen and Ravensburg, are just a short drive away.
The area is ideal for biking, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, and diving. There’s plenty to explore and discover.
The Salemer Valley also offers a variety of sights and places to visit. A swimming pool, parks, a golf course, and much more are all within easy reach.
