Villa Vineta is located right on the beach promenade in Bansin and is one of the most beautiful homes on Usedom. Surrounded by the Baltic Sea on one side and Lake Schloonsee on the other, all apartments offer a magnificent view of the water. A 5-minute walk takes you to the pier and the centre of Bansin.

This lovingly furnished 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and features a south-facing balcony accessible from the living room. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view across Schloonsee from the bedroom, living room, and balcony. The living area is furnished with a cosy couch, armchair, coffee table, and TV/radio. The modern kitchenette, equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, etc., and a dining area for 2–4 people, is open and integrated into the living area. Special attention was paid to sleep quality when furnishing the bedroom. Guests have access to a double bed with 5-zone cold-foam mattresses and a topper.
