Cosy, simple, comfortable house "Acamar". In the district of Montgo Javea, in the resort 5 km from the centre of Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden, natural garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 8 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava" 7 km. Surf school 7.5 km, sailing school 7.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
