The location of this house could not be better. You need to be ok with squeaky floors in this 100 old house, but it is charming.

We really enjoyed the location of this home. It was very walkable to downtown and the beach. We loved the historic charm of the house but the floors were so squeaky that if anyone got up to use the restroom during the night, everyone else in the house was awoken. With elderly people in our group, this was a moderate concern. I appreciate old homes but just a fair warning to those groups with light sleepers.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the location and the historic character of the home. You’re absolutely right that the floors can be squeaky. It’s one of the quirks that comes with an older historic property, and we do our best to make guests aware of that in the listing description. We understand that this can be challenging for light sleepers or groups with elderly family members. We appreciate your honest review and are glad you were able to enjoy everything else the home and location have to offer.
