The Property

Siesta Villa Coralline is a stand-alone single story villa located in the beautiful community of Polynesian Gardens on Siesta Key. Villa Coralline has been designed & decorated as an upscale beach cottage featuring two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the second with two twins. The villa's tropical beach theme is displayed throughout the home offering a true connection between the Siesta Key atmosphere and the comforts of home. Enjoy the private outdoor space provided in the backyard as well as the large heated community pool for Polynesian Garden residents and guests.

Location

Polynesian Gardens is a quiet community which features shady streets, a large well-kept pool, clubhouse, and private dock. Siesta Villa Coralline is steps away from the Private Polynesian Gardens Dock, allowing easy access for you to spend the day fishing or watching the sunset.

Villa Carolline is a short walk to the beach, and all supplies needed for the perfect beach day are provided. The Crescent Beach Access is one-half of a mile south, and Siesta Beach is just under a mile north of the Villa Carolline. The white sand beach shoreline connects the beaches from Point of Rocks to the Siesta Beach Pavilion, and then all the way to the Siesta Village.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.

***Reservations During the months of Jan-March must be for the beginning of the month to the end. Reservations that do not meet this time requirement may be canceled.
**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Very clean house and community, house had everything we needed and more. Loved Siesta Key and would recommend this rental to anyone visiting that doesn't need beachfront, this was only downside - closest beach access was 5 minute walk along busy road.

The property was very nicely decorated and was definitely comfortable. It was very clean and newly updated. It had some nice special touches like a laundry hamper basket, Q tips and special make up wash cloths. Our only negative was that it didn’t have room darkening window treatments in the master bedroom. It was light even at night due to a large parking lot light behind us. It was a very convenient location to everything and had a beautiful pool area. We would definitely stay there again!

This home is perfect for a family of 4. It is clean and centrally located in the heart of Siesta Key. The pool is heated and located right next to the house. Beautiful neighborhood with friendly people and the dock is a fun place to go when you're not at the beach.

Great home away from home with many amenities. Plenty of room and nicely decorated with private outdoor space. Really nice community pool. Convenient to everything. Owner is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful Villa!

We just loved staying at this villa, and found everything about it perfect! The decor was so beautiful, with a coastal feel, and the pool was a 5 second walk. The pool was our favourite part of the vacation as it was so quiet, and one of the nicest Ive seen. The flowered bushes and tall trees made it so inviting, and the water was so warm. Gorgeous! Can't wait to book again next year.

We loved our stay at this location. The only drawback is that we would have liked to be closer to the beach. The private dock is shared by several other properties. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Even a fully stocked spice rack.

Great location!

The property had everything I needed. The location was great. The neighbors were welcoming and the property manager was attentive without being intrusive. It was a bit pricey compared to other units in the area although I did see others in the same price range they were more updated. Overall I was very happy and had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Anniversary Getaway!

This villa was one of the cleanest, well-kept and up-to-date we have stayed in! It had so much character and everything you could possibly need to vacation for one day or a month! The owner left us a personal note along with fruit, drinks and champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The beach was close. Although, I recommend driving there (instead of walking) if you are traveling with kids and/or lots of beach equipment. Perfect place. We cannot wait to plan our next trip back!

Amazing Villa - Perfect Stay!

This villa was amazing for our family get-away to Siesta Key! Clean, cute, well-kept/furnished/decorated, great location, quiet neighborhood, nice amenities and well-priced. Sean at Altez was super friendly and helpful. We were so surprised that the house came with so many conveniences (laundry, linens, toiletries, condiments, beach accessories). We lucked out finding his gem and will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends.

We had a slight issue upon arriving but it was remedied very quickly by Brian who was extremely pleasant. The location of the house was great. The community pool was wonderful. We had a fantastic time snorkeling at the Point of Rocks, which was not far from the house, right off of Crescent Beach. I would definitely rent this house again. I wanted to add a phenomenal restaurant suggestion...Dolce Italia. This was likely the best Italian food we have ever eaten.

A Villa Away from Home

Amazing property! Just perfect for me and my daughter to be able to meet up with family. The property was spotless and convenient to everything. The management company was amazing and we have dealt with some that did not go the extra mile. They went the extra mile from the two bottles of sparking water and bottle of sparkling wine left for us upon arrival to checking on us throughout our stay. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We highly recommend this as your next vacation destination.

Great stay at the house, fantastic location on siesta key.

Had a great stay at this property. All in all had everything on the listing, together with fantastic location. Very near the main road through the key but you wouldn’t know. Parking and check in very easy. Great to have the dock to sit on watch the sun go down, morning coffee or to break the rod out and catch a fish or two.. 1 minute walk from house through the houses. Pool was good although a tad cool, but we only used once as was with friends and used there’s. Or of course the beach and sea. I would say the only downside was the beach wear provided. beach chairs were very worn and rusty, And transferred rust to our clothes and us, time for an upgrade. Also the large cooler was unusable as was stored outside and was full of rain water. I wasn’t Cleaning it out on holiday. All in all ok, but would of been better if these had all been in better condition as you do need them for a day on the beach. Also some of the pots we had to re wash before use. But everyone else was good and well maintained, washer dryer coming came in handy for our 8 year old. We had a great family time and will be back to siesta key, Nokomis beach and the tiki bar..

We had a great, relaxing stay here. Close to the beach in a quiet and safe community. We loved all the amenities that were included, especially all the beach gear! Beach towels, a beach buggy for the chairs, a small cooler (although the liner is cracked so be careful, it leaks), and a variety of toys. The kitchen really had everything we needed, we just brought the food! Sean was very helpful and answered questions very quickly. The welcome water and fruit was a lovely touch. We would return!
