The elevator was a huge plus for senior travelers. The price was reasonable and the beach was beautiful. I didn't read closely enough to realize there was not a dining room table and chairs. The bar stools weren't convenient for board games. There was not a straight back chair anywhere in the condo. We used the bath stool. None of this was a game changer, and I would stay again.

Easy access to beach. Very nice condo, nicely decorated. I had assumed incorrectly that beach chairs, beach towels and beach others would be included at a BEACH property - but it was not. So I had to rent for my four day vacation at a large expense. Also I didn't know until days ahead of time that we had to wash all the sheets and towels before a 10am checkout. We flew here so couldn't bring our own. I got up at 6am to wash everything. Not how I wanted to spend my vacation.

Pros: Spectacular view, great location, elevator, well maintained pool, parking garage, easy beach access from the garage, fast responses from owner, good A/C.Cons: The most extensive chore list of any rental I've patronized.Ocean Isle has grown a lot so there are restaurants and grocery stores within a couple minutes drive. It was nice to have so many things so close.

This was a great property. Excellent views and nice, clean, excellently furnished property. Master bed was comfortable, which is a huge plus for us. Of note the check out requires getting up early on your last day to ensure all the cleaning for check out can be completed by 10 am. You will need to have all dishes clean and put away and wash, dry and put away all bedding before departure. I wish that you could start the dishwasher and leave bedding in washing machine so that check out day was less hectic. Other than that a great stay.

In order to do a 2pm same day check in time, and allow our cleaners to have adequate time, we were forced to make decisions on what we ask a guest to complete on checkout. There would be several tasks we would love to include to make checking out less burdensome, but our costs and therefore pricing would need to increase accordingly.

My daughters & I liked the property and will consider staying there again. For this visit, we were highly disappointed. Although the owner made us aware, the construction taking place during our stay was very bothersome. It was one thing to not have a balcony available but a completely different level of inconvenience due to men constantly outside of the huge open window during the daylight hours. There was only a thin sheer curtain so we ended up putting sheets up to feel comfortable. We found ourselves not enjoying being indoors at all because we felt like we were locked in because of the inability to look outside.

We changed to the light emitting curtains two years ago to allow more light in the condo and allow a better continuous ocean view. Stay was great. Everything was really clean, wonderful location, easy beach acess, there was little buggys to help get your stuff to your unit. There was even some upsetting construction that was started earlier than expected, and ended up being durring my stay. The owner was right there talking with me and making sure i was comfortable. Will stay here again.
