Charming renovated townhouse in the fishermen´s quarter of Conil with fantastic views This charming townhouse was extensively renovated in 2017 and now offers all the comfort of a new building in one of the oldest districts of Conil. Here the fisherman still praises his fish in the backyard and children play in the pedestrian streets. The terrace of the house offers a fantastic view over the beach and the old town of Conil and is equipped with sun loungers and a comfy furniture. There is also an outside shower to cool off above the roofs of Conil. The two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) are on the ground floor and each has a double bed and they share a modern and generous bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, equipped with air conditioning. Both bedrooms, as well as the living and dining area are equipped with under floor heating which make the house perfect for the colder season. The Smart TV also receives German programmes via satellite and there is free "high-speed" Internet access via fibre-optic cable or Wlan. On the second floor there is also a sofa with a panoramic view and a second showerroom. - VFT/CA/12868

Die Casa Pargo liegt in einem relativ ruhigen Teil von Conil und ist schon alleine deswegen zu empfehlen. Die Renovierung scheint nicht lange zurück zu liegen, und am Pflegezustand gibt es nichts auszusetzen, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so auch Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, und die Dachterrasse, von der aus man einen weiten Blick aufs Meer und umliegende Dächer hat, ein Traum. Auf ihr findet man dank unterschiedlicher Ebenen bei jedem Wind einen geschützten Winkel. Innerhalb von gut 5min ist man zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum und am Strand. Wir hatten trotz knappen Angebotes kaum Probleme in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Conil vom Feinsten

Die Lage von Casa Pargo ist ideal, um in Conil alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben den Aufenthalt auch 32 Jahre nach unserem ersten Conil-Besuch trotz Levante sehr genossen. Der Service des Teams von Casa de la Luz war wie immer sehr gut. Ein kleiner Tipp noch: Wer einmal etwas "edler" essen möchte, dem sei das "Cuartel del Mar" empfohlen, das zwischen Roche und Novo Sancti Pedri liegt.
