For shared use: swimming pool (50 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot (16.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Motor access to 50 m from the house. 50 m footpath to the house. Grocery 6.5 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 25 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Monterosso" 10 km.
