The highlight is the large, uncovered private terrace (30 m²) with an awning and a wonderful lake view – ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The generous awning provides pleasant shade, and an additional awning fabric can be attached for low sun. In your own garden with another shaded sunbathing area, you can enjoy the peace and unwind from everyday stress.
A lockable single garage is available for your car, bicycles, or motorcycle. On request, you can charge your electric car in the garage during the day; this service is available upon request and for an additional fee. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.
The air conditioning dehumidifies, ventilates, and allows you to set the desired temperature for maximum comfort during your stay. Additionally, the air conditioning can heat if needed. Together with the infrared ceiling heaters in each room, a pleasant warmth can be generated even in cooler seasons.
