Here you will find all essential shops for a peaceful stay. Nestled by the D51 departmental road, this rental enjoys a privileged location for discovering the treasures of the Périgord Noir.



It is the perfect starting point to explore the region: you can easily visit must-see sites such as the medieval city of Sarlat (25 km), the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, or the hanging gardens of Marqueyssac. Nature lovers and hikers will enjoy the many trails nearby, ideal for bucolic walks among forests, rivers, and charming villages.



The well-equipped house opens onto a raised ground floor with a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob), a warm living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto a wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, offering a stunning view of the countryside. A master bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, private bathroom (walk-in shower, basin), and separate WC complete this level.



Upstairs, two bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds, a bathroom and a second separate WC are at your disposal.



Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. Please leave the property clean upon your departure. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee, to be requested directly from your host.



Outside, you will enjoy a private above-ground pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace (ladder access), secured by an alarm. Dimensions: 6x4 m, depth: 1.30 m, not heated.
