The only thing that was tricky was the doors. We could not get them open at first, but the host answered our call quickly and talked us through it! That was just user error on our part. The off street park was great and the apartment was clean and cute!

Wir waren über den Zustand der Ferienwohnung mehr als enttäuscht. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft in keinerlei Hinsicht sauber. Der beschriebene Außenbereich, war überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Das die Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock liegt, wurde nicht erwähnt. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir diese nicht gebucht.Weiterhin waren laut Beschreibung Spiele vorhanden- in der Wohnung war jedoch kein einziges Spiel auffindbar. Auch die Küchenausstattung war äußerst mangelhaft. Es gab lediglich kleine Mokkatassen, nicht einmal normale große Kaffeetassen waren vorhanden. Zudem fehlten jegliche Hinweise zur Mülltrennung. Es war weder ersichtlich, wie der Müll zu sortieren ist, noch standen gelbe Säcke oder ein entsprechender Mülleimer zur Verfügung.Besonders negativ waren außerdem die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer. Diese waren derart weich, dass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Verlängerungskabel liegen überall offen und verteilt rum. Für kleine Kinder sehr gefährlich. Eine solche Ausstattung in einer Ferienwohnung empfinden wir als absolute Zumutung. Hinzu kam die Baustelle direkt vor der Tür. Von Erholung oder Urlaub konnte somit keine Rede sein. Wir sind insgesamt sehr enttäuscht.

Wir raten von der Buchung dieser „Wohnung“ ab! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur dreckig gewesen, sondern in einem insgesamt heruntergekommenen Zustand. Lebensmittelreste und Motten im Küchenschrank, Krümel in jedem Schrank, völlig verstopfte und verfettete dunstabzugshaube, dreckiges Geschirr imSchrank, Furniere an zahlreichen Möbeln mit Tesla Krepp überklebt, etc…Kurz: nichts für den entspannten Urlaub!

Schöne große Wohnung, aber alles ist schon etwas abgenutzt. Dafür war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Dettingen ist gut; Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bahnhof sind mit einem etwas längeren Fußmarsch erreichbar.
