The open-concept living, sleeping, and dining area provides a pleasant atmosphere where you can feel right at home. The sunny balcony invites you to relax in comfort, with a view of the shopping street and restaurants.

The Accommodation:
This 49 m² city apartment with a balcony is located on the 5th floor (accessible by lift) and is divided into different areas:

Living Area:
The living area features a sofa that can be converted into a 1.90 m x 0.71 m sofa bed.
A third person could sleep there.
A smart TV and Wi-Fi are also available.

Sleeping area:
The sleeping area features a large bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a clothes rack, and nightstands with electrical sockets.
Blackout curtains are installed throughout the apartment, ensuring a dark environment for sleeping.

Work area:
The apartment features a desk with a swivel chair and a lamp as a workspace.

Kitchen:
The open-concept kitchen features a table with ample space for dining.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with 2 burners, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Bathroom:
In the large bathtub, you can take a shower or a relaxing bath. A magnifying mirror and a hair dryer are also available.

Balcony:
The balcony features a cosy hanging chair and a seating set where you can relax. Two umbrellas provide shade.
!! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!!

One set of towels and bed linens per person per stay.
Shampoo, shower gel, soap, disposable toothbrushes, and toothpaste are also provided.

Basic kitchen supplies:
Dish soap, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, and powdered milk for the first few days.

Access is via a key safe.
You will be given the code before your arrival.
