Beim betreten der Wohnung kam uns ein Geruch von kaltem Rauch entgegen. Die Wohnung wurde als Nichtraucherwohnung ausgeschrieben, mit Kleinkind einfach total ärgerlich. Am schlimmsten war der Geruch im Schlafzimmer. In den Schränken befand sich zum Teil dreckiges Geschirr. Ansonsten hatte die Wohnung alles was man so benötigt, gefreut hat uns die Waschmaschine und der Trockner war auch zum Vorteil um Handtücher oder ähnliches zu trocknen da die Wohnung keine Heizkörper oder ähnliches hat. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann alles mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichen.

Äußerlich ist das Objekt ungepflegt und verwahrlost, um die Aussenanlagen kümmert sich niemand. Die

Äußerlich ist das Objekt ungepflegt und verwahrlost, um die Aussenanlagen kümmert sich niemand. Die Wohnung wirkt etwas verbastelt, es ist aber soweit da was man so braucht. Den Reinigungszustand bei Einzug würden wir mit einer „3“ bewerten. Es gibt 2 kleine Infrarotheizplatten, die für die Übergangszeit absolut nicht ausreichend sind um die Raumtemperatur spürbar zu überschlagen. Es soll eine Fussbodenheizung geben - ausser einem abgeschalteten Sicherungsblock, der das vermuten lässt, gibt es aber weder Dokumentation, Thermostat o.ä. Die Wohnung wird als Nichtraucherwohnung angeboten, ist sie aber absolut nicht. Hier schlägt einem auch noch nach einer Woche bei jeden Eintritt das kalter-Rauch-Aroma entgegen. Von der Verwaltung hätten wir uns zumindest eine Reaktion auf diesen Hinweis erwartet. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen und deutlich zu teuer.
