Apartment in Playa del Ingles by the Beach

1 bedroom apartment in Playa del Ingles, in the south of Gran Canaria. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as are several restaurants and shops.

This lovely accommodation is perfect for couples, one bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchen and a living room. It has a bathroom with shower and a small simple kitchen with washing machine and kitchenware at your disposal.
It features a covered terrace with a dining area overlooking the sea and it is located in an exclusive and very quiet complex with a communal swimming pool and beautiful gardens with direct access to the promenade.

This apartment is in a wonderful location; at the foot of the Playa del Ingles promenade and 20 meters from the lift that takes you directly to the beach. It also has access to the beach via stairs just 50 meters from the property.

All amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, beaches, pharmacies, just two minutes walk. The walk leads to the beaches of San Agustin in Las Burras and ends in Maspalomas; A very pleasant walk. This is the perfect property for a beach holiday with all amenities close at hand. This property is located in a residential area, so parties, events or any other activity that could disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Aida 202! Het uitzicht op de tuin was prachtig en we hebben elke avond op het terras doorgebracht. De kleine keuken was een fijne extra, we hebben elke ochtend zelf ontbijt gekookt. Let op: parkeren kan lastig zijn, maar het is ons gelukt. Een echte aanrader voor een ontspannende vakantie!
