Relax in the well-tended garden with a private pool, sun loungers, and a covered lounge area. Whether you’re swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a glass of wine in the shade, you’ll leave everyday life far behind.



Inside, the villa impresses with its open layout and stylish décor. The spacious living room with smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen create a generous living space. Ceiling fan, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, and more ensure modern comfort. A covered terrace leads from the living area directly into the garden.



The villa offers three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, two modern bathrooms, a separate guest WC, and a second living room upstairs with balcony and stunning views over the bay of Torre del Mar—perfect for relaxing or separate TV evenings. The master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the garden. A baby cot and high chair are available.
