Perfect location in resort and on beach

We love Crystal Shores and all the amenities, this condo was located on the second floor right on the shore. This condo has everything you need and is perfectly designed! Everything was clean and fresh! Highly recommend this one!

Family Christmas vacation

Our condo was beautiful! Lots to do for everyone in the family. The staff at the resort was great! We had some issues with the hotel elevator not working, but they tried to get things back up and running as quickly as they could. Great location!

Great vacation

This is a definite 5 star hit! The gulf view condo was just as advertised- well represented in the literature. Close walking distance to high quality restaurants and on sight eateries were also good quality. Literally steps from the beach. Friendly, responsive staff-You can't go wrong staying here.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying here. This is our 5th time coming to Marco Island for spring break and by far our favorite trip. The condo was spacious enough for a family of 5 and we were fortunate to be on the 15th floor giving us a fantastic view of the pool and gulf. I was impressed with the various activities provided for the children throughout the day. Pool service combined with having our own kitchen is the epitome of a good time!

The villa was lovely but not what they presented in the description

The vacation was lovely the Marriott Club location was great. walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, etc yet quiet and relaxing. The 3 pools and beach were great. We are BonVoy members and do not feel this was up to Marriott standards as far as sleeping comfort and quality. We usually have down pillows and very comfortable beds at Marriott, none of us slept well on any of the 3 beds, very uncomfortable and the Livingroom furniture is horrifically uncomfortable, chairs and sofa. The rest of the villa was as presented. The view, even though reviews state gulf front, was NOT and when questioned the rental agent who kept side stepping the question had to contact VRBO who contacte the owner who immediately said the reviews under this properties description were for their other properties.as this was an Island Front villa when we booked Gulf view. We felt this was a deliberate bate and switch so be careful. However, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival that we did have a beautiful western view of the Gulf ( to the left) with beautiful glass terrace enclosure, so with proper positioning of the terrace furniture we were ok. Overall we enjoyed the vacation, staff and activities team were amazing, always lots to do if you want or do nothing and just relax. but would not rent from this agency again.

We understand that our prior guest reviews for the property stated gulf front, however our listing for this rental does not mention a specific view which means that any villa locations noted in these reviews were specifically requested by the guest to our agent at the time of booking and based upon availability. Guest reviews may vary based upon their specifics, therefore any information about the resort and individual reservations would best be taken from the listing or discussed directly with our agent. Regrettably, you had not requested a set view until after your reservation was completed. Our agent did discuss this with you prior to your travels and shared our policy which is clearly outlined in each of our listings on VRBO, for this and all properties we represent. It states that a specific view category must be addressed with the rental agent, and that Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one had been agreed upon in writing. We make every attempt to accommodate requests in advance from our guests, however in your situation a particular view had not been requested ahead of reserving your room, therefore none was implied nor promised. We do apologize you were not happy with your booking process, however, there was no "bait and switch" as our listing clearly states the policy and no guarantee was given regarding your view. Our company strives to make our guests happy and ensure they have a wonderful vacation, to the best of our ability. Views are always based upon request and availability, and one thing we do not always have full control over, unfortunately. Luckily, it sounds as though things did work out for you on property, and you were able to enjoy the beautiful gulf view from your room after all.

Fabulous property

Our family has been looking for that perfect vacation spot for the past 4 years and I think we finally found it. This property is the perfect mix of family friendly and relaxing all wrapped up in one. The property was extremely clean and well managed throughout. The staff was constantly working to keep all areas clean and the staff around the pool area we're friendly and focused on making sure the rules were adhered to. The 12th floor beach front room was perfect for my family of four. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The view of the gulf was unbelievable as well. The beach was spectacular. Plenty of room to walk, jog or just walk into the water. The property is located right across the street from 4-5 restaurants and they're all good places to eat. Overall, just a great location and we look forward to coming back next year. Thank you.

Love Marco Island

Wow- had never been to this coast of Florida before and was so pleasantly surprised. Crystal Shores is an amazing resort and the beach so wonderful. Our room was clean and big and perfect for our family of 5. The kids are already asking to come back!

Excellent Property! New renovations are fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marriott Crystal Shores, Marco Island, Florida. We own a time share week and contacted Concierge Realty for a 2nd week through VRBO. This is the second year we worked through Michele Jeffrey and could not be more delighted with her service and attention to detail. We highly recommend booking your vacation through this company.

Marriott Crystal Shores condo

Concierge Realty went the extra mile to help us find a condo for the week following our yearly time share week in Marco Island. While it seemed like finding a needle in a haystack, Michelle Jeffrey did an excellent job keeping me informed the moment a cancellation occured for our desired week. There were some reservation issues on the part of the time share resort, but Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty to intervene to correct the issues, and to assure us our reservation would not be compromised. As an added bonus, even though there was one night with no availability, it gave us opportunity to discover Sanibel Island for our overnight stay. We were delighted and may include Sanibel as our new tradition sandwiched between our Marco Island stay. Huge kudos to Michelle Jeffrey and the staff of Concierge Realty!
