For shared use: property 200 m2 with lawn 100 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, parking at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, pebble beach 1.8 km, shingle beach 1.8 km. Walking paths from the house 1.8 km, cycle lane 1.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
