The maisonette apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building (without elevator, accessible only via stairs)



On the first floor are living and dining room, kitchen, guest toilet and the balcony with sea view.

On the second floor you will find the two bedrooms (connecting rooms) and the bathroom (shower, toilet)

The apartment is air-conditioned. Smart TV and DVD player in the living room.

The accommodation is located directly on the sandy beach of Frejus-Plage. Saint-Raphael begins just a few steps away. The Basilica "Notre-Dame de la Victoire", the Ferris wheel at "Jardin Bonaparte", the harbors "Vieux Port" and "Santa Lucia", the casino "Barriére Saint-Raphael", the museum "Louis de Funes" and much more can be reached on foot.



Everything you need for daily needs is within walking distance.



Also the entrance to the famous hiking trail "Sentier du Littoral" in Saint-Raphaël is not far away - there you can discover spectacular coastal paths with a view of the azure blue sea, quiet bays and the red peaks of the Esterel.



The train station "Saint-Raphael-Valescure" is only a few hundred meters away. Therefore, traveling by train is also a good option.
