Welcome to Son Duri, a wonderful farm surrounded by nature and close to the beach in Mallorca!
Near the Can Picafort beach, this dream estate is located with capacity for 5 people, surrounded by large palm trees where you can find calm and relax under the blue sky of Mallorca.
In the outdoor area, we find a large private swimming pool of 10m x 5m where you can swim under the Mediterranean sun. It is surrounded by a spacious terrace with 6 sun loungers, a sofa, and two armchairs where you can relax after a dip.
On the porch of the house, there is a spacious fully furnished terrace, with a table and its chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa from which you can contemplate the wonderful views of the nature surrounding the estate. A few meters from the house is the barbecue house, perfect for preparing delicious meals. On this same terrace, you also have a billiard table so you can have fun and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Inside, the house offers a cozy living-dining room with two comfortable sofas and a fireplace that adds warmth to the atmosphere. The dining room is equipped with a large table ideal for sharing pleasant breakfasts or family meals. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living room and has direct access to the outdoor terrace.
The bedrooms are located in the same area and all have individual beds. Two of them have air conditioning, while the third is equipped with a ceiling fan. The main bathroom, with a shower, is located next to the bedrooms. Additionally, the property offers a second bathroom with a shower in the outdoor area for greater convenience.
Son Duri is located on the outskirts of the town of Can Picafort and near its beach, where different supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment venues can be found. It is also close to Muro Beach, famous for its crystal-clear waters and white sands.

Una finca ideal para desconectar
Son Duri nos ha encantado. La casa es amplia, cómoda y muy bien equipada, tanto en el interior como en el exterior. La piscina y el jardín son una maravilla, perfectos para relajarse y disfrutar del buen tiempo. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y de Can Picafort, pero en una zona tranquila. Sin duda, una opción excelente para unas vacaciones en Mallorca.

Ruhige Finca mit viel Privatsphäre
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Son Duri. Die Finca liegt ruhig inmitten der Natur und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Pool und die großzügigen Terrassenbereiche, die ideal zum Entspannen sind. Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für erholsame Ferien auf Mallorca.
