L'ÉRABLE (2 guests):
Modern 22 m² duplex, bright, with a mezzanine bedroom, skylight, and exposed beams. The owner’s house and another vacation rental are nearby. Shared flowered courtyard. Arrivals and departures possible every day.
The accommodation includes: living room with sofa bed and TV, equipped kitchenette (microwave), bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet, attic bedroom with skylight (140 cm bed). Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Towels and household linen included. Paved terrace with pergola and garden furniture. Private parking.
Internet/Wi-Fi included. Pets are not allowed without prior registration.
For car-free holidays: city bus at the door. Beach 5 km away, shaded canal 200 m away (protected green space) with walking path and bike trail. Vélodyssée cycling route 200 m away. Bicycle storage available.
Cleaning is not included; please leave the property clean. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will apply, available for an extra charge.
