This dream holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the Ostseedüne building, right on the beachfront in the newly built Dünenpark am Steinwarder in Heiligenhafen.
The holiday rental is located directly (approx. 60 metres) on the sandy Baltic Sea beach.
The visitor’s tax and security deposit are billed separately by the landlord.

The south-west-facing holiday rental offers a side view of the Baltic Sea and across the dunes.
The holiday rental is equipped with a whirlpool, a rain shower, heated floors, a large balcony, and a wood-burning stove.

The southwest-facing balcony offers plenty of sunshine until late in the evening.

Sehr gute und detaillierte Kommunikation vom Vermieter. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Parkplatz am Haus und Aufzug vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung für einfachen Gepäcktransport. In der Wohnung alles beschriftet sodass man sich sofort zurecht findet. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
