The house was completely renovated in 2015 with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms. Central AC and heat throughout. The new front porch and back deck are perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Open kitchen, dining and living area with a 50" TV; WIFI; powder room; master bedroom with new king bed and en-suite full bath; large deck and yard with gas grill and outdoor shower.

Second Floor Description
Landing at the top of the stairs has a small sitting area; 2nd master bedroom with king bed and en-suite full bath; 2 large bedrooms (each with 2 twins) and a full hall bath with double sinks and tub/shower.

Great house in a perfect location

My family has rented many houses in Nantucket over the years and rank Knot Leaving at the top of the list. We were traveling with three young children so the location was ideal. We could walk to Children's Beach and Jetties Beach as well as to town and the playground. The house itself is completely updated with high end appliances and comfortable furniture. The owner communicated well, which was a huge bonus. We'll be back!
