Die Wohngegend ist in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Studentenviertel. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und liegt raffiniert in einem Hinterhof. Mit Fahrrad und Bus ist man recht schnell in der Stadt, jedoch zu Fuß dauert es schon länger.
