The accommodation is right near the Rauterplatz, the vibrant centre of the locality with cafes and restaurants, as well as everyday shops.Holiday apartment of a high standard with a terrace and a shared pool at the heart of the High Tauern, where you can enjoy alpine surroundings either hiking in summer or skiing in winter, to recover from everyday stress at any time of year.
The living room opens onto a large terrace with a storage space. From here you have a fantastic view of the Matrei local mountain, Zunig. The property is on a beautiful complex wit lawns, a little playground for children and a swimming pool for the use of all guests on the complex in summer. It is right next to the lodge. You can park your car conveniently in the underground garage (two spaces). From here you have direct access to the open stairwell. The residential complex also has a central ski and bicycle storage room, with ski boot heaters in winter for all skiers.
The lodge is part of a group of residential buildings in a chalet style and with a high-quality building structure. It provides around 126m² of space for up to ten people. The apartment is spread across the first and second floor of the building. The lower floor has a large, two-storey living and dining room with and open and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The dining table invites you to enjoy meals together after cooking. The cosy sofa corner with satellite TV and a DVD player is ideal for relaxing. On the first floor there are three light bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer. There is a further bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin on the lower floor. The upper floor greets you with an open gallery, looking down onto the living and dining room. It also has a separate suite with a generous sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa corner with a sofa bed (for two people) and a TV. The suite has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer. There is a dressing area with built-in cupboards and a safe. You can enjoy a view of the Tauern from the panoramic window.
If the weather is inclement, you can book a special wellness oasis at the neighbouring Hotel Rauter: several pools, saunas, a solarium, massage, fitness and relaxation room, at over 1000m² above sea level. Even spoilt wellness and sauna fans are delighted with the SPAradies. A Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, a 14-metre-long heated outdoor pool (June-mid-September) with a big sun deck, a heated indoor pool (ca. 30°C), a generous relaxation room, a small fitness room with modern equipment or various massage on request leave nothing to be desired. If you do not feel like cooking, you can book dinner as a guesthouse menu or the breakfast buffet at the nearby Hotel Rauter.
The owners point out kindly that further building is envisaged within the AlpinPark until the late summer, so there may be some disturbances for which we apologise. The main building structure with roof and windows will be completed at the latest by the end of May.

Diese Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Es gehören 2 Tiefgaragenparkplätze zu dieser Ferienwohnung, dies ist echt toll. Wir haben dort Urlaub mit Freunden gemacht und die Zimmer Aufteilung ist super. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit Freunden oder auch der Familie. Mit dem Pool am Haus ist das im Sommer sehr toll. Der Ort ist auch sehr schön. Es gibt 2 Bäcker die zu Fuß erreichbar sind und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch unser Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.
