Lecce, the Baroque city, is easily reached within a 40-minute drive. A visit to this beautiful and enchanting city is highly recommended, with its magnificent historical centre including the cathedral, cathedral, Roman amphitheatre, churches and many old narrow streets with numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, craft workshops and theatres. For an alternative day out or an evening out, Gallipoli is a 15-minute drive away with its bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and seaside boulevards.
