The Tanca Piras Village is a complex immersed in a verdant area of Mediterranean scrubland of about 7 hectares, situated on a panoramic hill from which there is a breathtaking view of the sea of Nebida. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing yet active and fun holiday.
The Village is equipped with a large panoramic swimming pool located in the centre of the structure and usable by all accommodated tourists. The well-kept and luxuriant private park, characterised by the island's typical vegetation, branches off into various small paths leading to the sea and to panoramic viewpoints from where one can watch the spectacular sunset that nature offers every day. The village offers a bar-restaurant where you can enjoy excellent local dishes rigorously prepared with seasonal local products and served in a wonderful panoramic veranda overlooking the sea.
The house is arranged on two floors. On the first level there is the living room with satellite TV, the kitchen, the bathroom with shower, and a splendid panoramic terrace equipped with table and chairs. In front of the entrance there is a small terrace with barbecue for exclusive use. On the upper level there are two double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a twin) and a bathroom with shower. From all the rooms there is a splendid view of the sea. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and there is also WI FI internet connection.
The village is adjacent to the village, where you can find markets, bars, restaurants, a chemist's shop and a post office. The splendid and evocative location makes the Village an excellent starting point for any activity guests wish to carry out during their holiday. They can indulge in their favourite sports, such as kitesurfing and windsurfing lessons, sailing, mountain biking, quad biking or off-road excursions, trekking, climbing or, for the less adventurous, simple cultural walks, visiting various historical sites. A few minutes' walk along the private park path leads to a rocky cove with emerald-green waters, while about three kilometres away are the beautiful beaches of Masua, Fontanamare, Plagemesu and Portopaglia. Also in the vicinity of the village are the majestic Pan di Zucchero cliff and a very interesting example of mining archaeology: Porto Flavia.
The house is also equipped for children. A cot, high chair and anything else necessary for the little ones' stay are provided. Two sun beds and a beach umbrella are provided for the use of the swimming pool.
