The special secluded location guarantees privacy and a real holiday feeling, with all the daily necessities just a few minutes away, almost next door. The most beautiful and longest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca in El Verger, Oliva, Denia and Javea are just a short distance away. The metropolis of Denia awaits you with many shopping opportunities, from exclusive boutiques to supermarkets. Bars, restaurants and cosy ice cream parlours are easy to find. Daily ferry connections to Ibiza and Mallorca, the marina and the interesting beach and nightlife make the town a tourist attraction. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are only 1 hour away.
Through the tropical garden, past palm and mandarin trees, you reach the entrance area of the villa. The spacious, light-flooded living-dining room with fireplace welcomes you in a cosy atmosphere. From international television with DVD player, chess or other interesting games to the small house library, you will find everything you need for fun and entertainment. An information folder about the many excursion destinations in the area is also available. In addition to an open-plan, fully equipped American kitchen, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, one with an integrated shower room. The fireplace in the living room is a favourite for cooler days or long evenings, and its automatic firebox makes it child's play to use. The beautiful, heated pool with its Roman steps immediately invites you to take a refreshing dip.
