Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, plus 3 additional separate toilets in the house. Enjoy several fully equipped kitchens with induction hobs, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, coffee machines (capsule and filter), toasters, kettles, blenders, and planchas. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washer-dryer, and step-free access.
Outside, relax in your private garden and on 4 uncovered private terraces, all furnished for your comfort. The property features a heated outdoor private pool and an outdoor shower. You also have a private barbecue and grill area for outdoor dining.
Five shared parking spaces are available on site. Communal facilities include table tennis, billiards, air hockey, as well as toys and books for children. A large recreation room offers tables, chairs, extra dishes, and board games. Events are not permitted on the property.
