The dining area accommodates 4 with a decor that is stylish and contemporary. A breakfast bar for 2 adds even more room for the entire family. A spacious living area with tons of comfortable seating that makes for a perfect place to settle in after those long, playful days at the beach! Both the master and guest bedrooms have new plank Flooring & are equipped with flat screen televisions, high speed internet, and Dish Network offering 200 channels.
When you enter this wonderfully furnished unit, you will be taken back by the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters, and wonderful views of the Gulf, Pool and Perdido Pass. The open floor plan allows you to provide a fabulous meal while socializing with guests in the living area and providing a wonderful water view.

The master bedroom provides a large comfortable king size bed, new plank flooring, large flat screen TV; attached bath w 2 vanities, new granite countertops, new cabinets, new faucets and sinks, and the bedroom has access to the balcony, and beach front views.

The Guest Bedroom offers two double beds, new plank flooring, flat screen TV, and a spacious attached bath, also with new cabinets, granite countertops, faucets, and sinks.

Unit features a New washer and dryer, ironing board and iron in the unit. All linens are provided, just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

We wanted to be right on the beach and this was a perfect location. The pool and the beach are just steps away. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we need.

Perfect family vacation spot

We found this property to be perfect for our family vacation. It was convenient for us enjoying the beautiful beach and also the pools. The weather was cooler than expected , so we loved having a heated pool and jacuzzi on the premises The owner was a wonderful communicator and addressed any need that we had in a very timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay here again!

Vacation for Celebration

We booked our stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and invited my mom as a mothers day gift. The condo was perfect. We had great access to the condo and the beach.
