Herrliche Zeit in der Casa Serenita

Die Wohnung ist der untere Teil einer Villa, die aber mit einem eigenen Eingang zu erreichen ist. Der Pool und Außenbereich sind herrlich und auch die Wohnung ist fĂŒr eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und Hund perfekt. Die Austattung und Einrichtung ist sehr umfangreich und geschmackvoll.Zum Strand (ca. 10 bis 15 min) und auch Stadtkern (10 Min) von Carry Le Rouet kommt man gut zu Fuß.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Villa Serenita in Carry sehr genossen. Gerne wĂ€ren wir noch lĂ€nger geblieben. Das Haus hat alles geboten was es braucht. Leider war der Wind (Mistral) sehr stark und das Sitzen draussen war fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Zeit nicht sehr gemĂŒtlich. Wir haben aber von Einheimischen gehört, dass es nicht normal sei und stĂ€rker windet als ĂŒblich zu dieser Jahreszeit. Das Essen in den Restaurants war immer hervorragend und es stehen viele Ausflugsziele zur VerfĂŒgung. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter fĂŒr die unkomplizierte und gute Gastfreundschaft.

Maison fonctionnelle et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, conforme Ă  la description. L’emplacement face Ă  la pinĂšde est idĂ©al pour le repos. La voiture est tout de mĂȘme indispensable pour rejoindre les plages et le centre, surtout avec des enfants. Sinon le lieu est central et bien placĂ© pour dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion des calanques et la cĂŽte bleue.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen MÀngeln

Erstmal war die Übergabe und Übernahme des Ferienhauses völlig unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Der gebuchte Flughafentransfer hat perfekt funktioniert. Das Ferienhaus ist kein Ferienhaus sondern eine Ferienwohnung ( eher Kellerwohnung). Die Einrichtung ist alt die technischen GerĂ€te auch aber es funktioniert alles. Das WC ist sehr eng. Im Aussenbereich ist alles in Ordnung.

Location conforme Ă  la description. Logement trĂšs calme avec possibilitĂ© de laisser la voiture sur le parking pour tout faire Ă  pied (ballade, courses, plage). Une promenade trĂšs agrĂ©able sur le sentier du lĂ©zard en partant du port. Point de dĂ©part pour quelques escapades (Aix en Provence, Marseille, ...). Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e et chambres agrĂ©ables. 6 vĂ©ritables couchages. Machine Ă  laver et tancarville permettant de faire sĂ©cher rapidement le linge au soleil. Transats et hamacs pour tous les goĂ»ts, Ă  l'ombre ou au soleil. Accueil sympathique avec de bons conseils. Un seul bĂ©mol, la tĂ©lĂ© oĂč aucune chaine ne fonctionne. ObligĂ© d'utiliser la tĂ©lĂ© par internet mais le Wifi ayant du mal Ă  supporter les connexions des 2 appartements, nous n'avons pas pu suivre comme nous le voulions tour de France et coupe du monde. Dommage.

Schöner Pool, Wohnung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen

Der Pool des Hauses, der nur fĂŒr dieses Ferienhaus zugĂ€nglich ist, war sehr schön. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch mitten im Ort. Die nĂ€chsten SupermĂ€rkte sind nicht weit vom Haus entfernt, sodass man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen kann. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Marseille zu besuchen, auch mit dem Zug, da der Bahnhof des Ortes fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar ist. Also eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Ich war mit meine Familie Anfang April fĂŒr 5 NĂ€chte dort , Es war wunderschön die Wohnung und die Landschaft , die kinder mochten den POOL so sehr .Wir hatten jeden Abend zusammen Gegrillt und hatten so eine schöne zeit zusammen dort und kann es jeden nur empfehlen der sich erholen möchte .

Wir waren 5 Tage, 4 NĂ€chte vor Ort. Der EigentĂŒmer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Mit dem Auto ist man etwas flexibler, aber ein tĂ€glicher Spaziergang war auch sehr angenehm. So konnte man viele EindrĂŒcke gewinnen.

Franchement, ce fut au delĂ  de mes espĂ©rances . La maison est agrĂ©able, la dĂ©co est chouette, il ne manque rien . Il y a mĂȘme des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, des bouquins ....La terrasse est bien conçue ....Un peu comme si on se retrouvait dans la maison d'amis....Tout est bien pensĂ©, le propriĂ©taire disponible et sympathique, et je fais dejĂ  la pub auprĂšs des gens que je croise !! C'est bien placĂ© d'autant que Carry est une petite station familiale, vous pouvez donc quasi tout faire Ă  pied....Je n'ai pas pris le temps de remplir le livre d'or, et pourtant, je m'etais promis de le faire . J'ai adorĂ© ces vacances avec mes enfants. On a pu se retrouver, et c'etait le but .

La réalité ne correspond pas tout à fait à la description sur le site internet de HomeAway: des chaises-longues basses en plastique blanc à la piscine plutÎt que les chaises courbes comme dans l'image, pas de lampe de chevet dans la deuxiÚme chambre à coucher, pas de grille-pain ...

véritable havre de paix...

AprĂšs une semaine passer dans la casa SĂ©rĂ©nita je cherche encore, ce qu'il y manquerai ?! Rien en fait ! Tout est penser, et prĂ©vu pour y passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. La dĂ©co trĂšs sympa, on Ă  d'ailleurs totalement craquer sur la tortue de la chambre au 2 lit (au cas oĂč vous ne la voudriez plus un jour....vous saurez oĂč l'envoyĂ© lol) La ville de Carry le Rouet est superbe, des paysages vraiment beau, on vous conseil la calanque des eaux salĂ©, (elle se mĂ©rite, bcp d'escalier.......) mais le paysage en vaut la peine, il y Ă  aussi la ballade du lezard qu'on Ă  bcp apprĂ©cier, et quoi de mieu de retour "Ă  la maison" que de ce prĂ©lasser au bord de la piscine! Maison dans un quartier trĂšs calme, au bors d'une pinĂšde. Bref si on retourne Ă  Carry on reviendra chez vous (pour tester aussi le confort de l'autre maison ;) )

Accueil chaleureux de Mr Darius MENDES à notre arrivée et merci pour ses conseils sur les visites de la région. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine et conseillerons cette location à nos proches.
