Huis was goed, geen dekens daardoor 1e nacht niet geslapen.

Pros: Het huis en locatie! En uiteindelijk de interventie van Holidu , tegemoetkoming van 50 euro ter compensatie van de ellende! Zij zouden een andere agent moeten inschakelen daar!! Cons: De host Alessandro was een pedant, macho achtig ventje, die geen service verleende! Er ontbraken veel items , oa waterkoker, wijnglazen, kurkentrekker, keukendoeken en douche artikelen ,schoonmaak middelen wat wel vermeld stond in beschrijving! in het huis ,dekens en extra handdoeken en afwasmiddel werd door host naar binnen gezet in grote plastic zak net andere woorden: zoek het uit! Wij reageerden boos , dat pikte meneer niet en liep boos weg, met dreigende woorden!! Vreselijk!!
