Accessible via a staircase, this completely renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building of the estate, which was built in the 1830s. The approximately 62-square-meter apartment consists of a modern living room with a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a cleverly designed bathroom with a sink, a sit-down/shower tub, a toilet, and a washing machine. In the hallway, the coat closet contains an ironing board and an iron. The bedroom features a double bed, a sliding-door closet, and a fully equipped desk. The light-filled living room is lovingly furnished. The dining table seats 6 people, and the sofa bed—also located in the living room—provides sleeping space for an additional 2 people. The Smart TV, available Wi-Fi, and stereo system leave nothing to be desired when it comes to entertainment. In the living room, there is the option to use an additional double bed (140 x 200 cm).
