The flats are located in a quiet area of Porec, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and 600 metres from Pical beach. A restaurant and shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes and are only 100 metres away. The house is situated on a fenced plot of approx. 600 m² with garden. The landlord lives in another property on the same plot. There is a private car park on the property. The 45 m² holiday flat for four people is located on the first floor of the house and has a dining kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.

Alles super

Alles war super: nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt, gemütliche 10 Minuten zum Meer, freundlicher Service, saubere und ordentliche Apartments mit funktionierender Klimaanlage und kompletter Küchenausstattung. Es gibt zwar keine Waschmaschine, aber das Personal wäscht die Wäsche kostenlos. Ein fantastischer Urlaub!
