Lage gut,aber: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Kein nutzbares Wlan Kein TV wie beschrieben Intensive Grundreinigung wäre mal wieder sinnvoll.

Urlaub in Dorumer Neufeld

Das Objekt ist toll und sehr nah am Strand und Hafen gelegen. Leider hatten wir das Problem, dass wir den gesamten Urlaub kein Internet zur Verfügung hatten. Das Passwort hatten wir gar nicht erst gefunden. Zunächst probierten wir telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, das gelang nicht, nur AB, auf dem hatten wir unsere Nachricht hinterlassen. Dann kam eine SMS mit der Bemerkung, das Passwort Stunde im Geschirrschrank (klar, da sucht man sicherlich als erstes). Dann konnten wir uns zwar mit WLAN verbunden, aber keine Internetverbindung! SMS mit dem Problem zurück.... Keine Reaktion. Am Montag hatten wir es wieder telefonisch in der Agentur versucht zu klären, da wurden wir an einen Anbieter vor Ort verwiesen. Obwohl wir dort nicht gebucht hatten. Die würden sich um das Internet Problem kümmern. Was sie natürlich nicht taten, da es ja nicht ihr Haus war. Also haben wir aufgegeben, was der Agentur wohl auch sehr Recht war. Die hatten überhaupt keine Lust und kein Interesse daran, uns zu helfen. Sehr schade. Der nächste Urlauber wird wohl mit dem selben Problem zu kämpfen haben. Auch waren keinerlei Infos da, wo wir z.b. unseren Müll entsorgen konnten oder wo das Passwort für das Internet zu finden war. Es war auch keine Notrufnummer hinterlegt, bei der wir hatten anrufen können, wenn uns z.b. der Haustürschlüssel abbricht oder im Haus die Geschirrspülmaschine ausläuft.
