Nestled in the heart of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve with its magnificent, unspoiled nature, a modern 3-room holiday apartment—furnished with high-quality designer furniture and featuring an exclusive south-facing orientation—awaits you in an idyllic location right on Lake Sellin.
This spacious, non-smoking holiday apartment for up to 4 people features a comfortable floor plan and a living area of just under 80 m². It is situated on a spacious garden property. From the living area and the south-facing terrace, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Sellin and the Sellin sailing yacht marina—completed in 2018—which is beautifully illuminated in the evenings. Here you can fully and leisurely enjoy the maritime atmosphere.
Following extensive renovations in early 2024, the holiday rental now shines in new splendour. The ground-floor, wheelchair-accessible holiday rental has been furnished with high-quality, modern interiors.
In the spacious, light-filled living room, designer furniture and modern entertainment technology invite you to relax and unwind.
In the adjacent open-concept kitchen—whose exclusive and fully equipped layout perfectly combines functionality and comfort—you can enjoy the stunning view of Lake Sellin from the dining table.
The two bedrooms are lovingly furnished, each with two beds (which can be arranged flexibly as a double bed or as two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m), a closet, nightstands, and reading lamps. The larger of the two bedrooms also features an additional smart TV and a small desk.
Shutters and elegant curtains allow you to darken the rooms.
In the modern, naturally lit bathroom, you can relax in the bathtub. A separate shower, along with a mirror, hair dryer, toilet, and a large sink, complete the bathroom.
The hallway features a coat rack and a mirrored shoe cabinet. A clothes rack and various cleaning supplies are available in the separate storage room.
From the large south-facing terrace, which features a dining table, patio furniture, a parasol, and a private beach chair, you have a direct view of Lake Sellin.
Housekeeping, Wi-Fi, a parking space, a lockable bike storage room, a travel cot, and a high chair are also included. Additionally, a barbecue area with a pavilion and a small playground are available for your use on the property.
