This spacious two-room apartment on the second floor is located in the centre of Boltenhagen and is only about 50 metres from the beach. It sleeps up to 3 people, featuring a bedroom with a box spring bed (full-length topper, size 180x200 cm) and a comfortable sleeper sofa.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The balcony faces the sunny south. The private underground parking space is easily accessible by lift. The clearance height in the underground garage is 2 m.
Note regarding bed linens: Bed linens are not included, but we offer you the option to add our linen package per person for an additional fee.
Note regarding the visitor’s tax: Since we are a spa and health resort, our municipality charges a visitor’s tax. You may claim a discount if you have a severely disabled person’s ID card.
