Fast perfekt!

Die Wohnung 01 in der Kastanienallee 19 ist großzügig geschnitten ( absolut behindertengerecht) geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Wäre der intensive Geruch nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch nicht gewesen, der uns gleich im Eingangsflur empfangen hat, hätten wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es von der Objektbetreuung Ossebo kein probates Gegenmittel um dieses Mankos zu beseitigen. Nicht so schön und auch nicht im Vorfelde durch die Wohnungsbeschreibung im Internet ersichtlich, ist die Lage der kleinen Terrasse. Die Terrasse liegt gleich am Bürgersteig neben der Parkplatzeinfahrt. Wer lieber seine Ruhe haben möchte, anstatt guten Kontakt zur Nachbarschaft wird mit dieser Terrassenlage nicht glücklich. Ansonsten haben wir die gute Lage und die helle, geräumige Wohnung sehr genossen!
