The farmhouse "Romantic Rustic House" is aptly named "romantic" and "rustic" and offers a peaceful, idyllic setting with its traditional natural stone construction.







Nestled in a tranquil location, the outdoor area is filled with rustic seating areas, cosy alcoves and lush Mediterranean greenery. The gentle slope adds to the charm, and the covered terrace offers a cosy dining area for communal meals. Relax in unique deckchairs or explore other secluded spots on the grounds. An outdoor hot water shower is also available to rinse off after a day at the beach.



The interior combines rustic, bohemian and cosy elements. Light-coloured walls, terracotta tiles, exposed beam ceilings and natural stone create a charming atmosphere. The house is spread over three levels. On the ground floor you will find a shower room and a quaint kitchen with space for dining. A staircase leads down to the living room with sofa, seating, TV and fireplace. Upstairs you will find the first double bedroom and further up the second with access to a small terrace perfect for sunbathing. This farmhouse is a unique gem, perfect for those seeking tranquillity, proximity to the beach and a personal holiday experience.



This charming, very individual farmhouse is situated in a quiet location near the beautiful bay of Cala Llombards in the south of Mallorca. In Santanyi, only approx. 7 km away, you will find several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. The beach Calo des Moro is only 3 km away.
