The cosy townhouse Casa Hermosa offers a group of up to eight guests the opportunity to enjoy a holiday in their own oasis and at the same time be part of Mallorcan village life. The holiday home is located in the lower part of the medieval town of Capdepera near the east coast of Mallorca. The fully enclosed terrace invites you to enjoy long summer days. It is equipped with an above-ground pool, sun loungers and parasols. A highlight is the marvellous summer kitchen by the pool. It has a gas oven, a fridge and a brick barbecue.
The interior of the house is bright and comfortable. There is a cosy living room with dining area, a spacious, modern kitchen with further dining area, a bathroom with shower, a utility room and four beautiful double bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. All sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning.
The townhouse is located close to the centre of the medieval town of Capdepera, 3 km from the east coast of Mallorca. The town offers good shopping facilities. The beautiful beaches of the holiday resort of Cala Ratjada are less than 10 minutes away by car. Cala Ratjada offers good restaurants, cafés and a colourful nightlife in the summer season. Golfers will get their money's worth on the nearby courses.
