Located on a second story, this large unit with a private lanai provides a perfect view of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Discounts to the golf course are available to renters, or you can simply enjoy watching golfers pass by while relaxing, having a drink, playing board games or having dinner on the lanai.
The unit is located in the quiet village of Waikoloa, only a 15-minute driving distance from everyone’s favorite beaches (Hapuna, Kauna’oa, Waialea, and A-Bay beaches). The complex has a clean, heated swimming pool and a tennis court also available to renters.
All amenities included. Convenient parking is located just outside the building. One bedroom has its own bathroom, so privacy is assured (the other bathroom is accessible both from a bedroom and from the living room). High-speed wireless Internet access (up to 600 Mbps) is available throughout the apartment, 3 flat screen TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room; 2 have cable service), DVD player and a well-equipped kitchen will allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. Since our goal is to ensure that you feel like at home, you will find we furnish many items to help you enjoy your hobbies without the hassle of figuring out more details: fins, snorkeling gear, body boards, beach towels, etc. If you don’t find something you needed let us know and we will see if it makes sense for us to also provide it for your next visit. A pack n’ play, high chair and stroller are also available to cover the needs of your little ones.
There is a 4 night minimum stay except for during the Winter Holidays and Thanksgiving seasons when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

We had an excellent experience with our unit. Lots of kitchen utensils , plenty of beach toys and the beds were very comfortable. Very quiet at night and no need for AC it cooled down nicely at night Good value for the money
This condo in Waikoloa Village was just what I was looking for. It is convenient to everything and has a very well-equipped kitchen and all the right beach toys waiting in the closet. I found it to be relaxing and cozy and a very stress-free stay.
Very conveniently located on the island close to some of the most beautiful beaches ever. Great place. We had everything we needed and more. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and are super grateful for the opportunity to use this condo.

From booking thru the entire stay the experience was wonderful. Communication with the owner was awesome and he provided helpful tips and took care of our needs. Location is awesome and we were able to explore most of the island from this single location.
It was clean and well organized. The property had everything we needed, plus extra towels and bedding. The view was beautiful overlooking the golf course. If you are celiac, there is a really good Thai restaurant within walking distance that has gluten free food. I would stay here again.
Condo was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for two adults and two teens. Well equipped kitchen was great for cooking. Washer and dryer in the unit very convenient. Large covered lanai nice place to sit and enjoy coffee overlooking the golf course.
The condo is conveniently located near the best beaches on the big island and had everything we needed. It's also very connected via the nearby highways to get to Hilo, Waimea, or the Hamakua coast with ease. It was very clean and was very quiet during our stay. Our favorite part was the large balcony in the back with a great view of the golf course. There were a lot of fans to keep cool as well. We will definitely be staying here again!
I had a nice stay with my kids, over 4th of July. It was fairly hot, but it helped to be able to open all the doors and windows to capture a cross breeze. David was very helpful, whenever questions came up and it was nice to have access to the recreational amenities (pool and pickleball). I also appreciated being close to a great grocery store. I would stay here again.
Location is great. Unit is clean and well stocked. Quiet, with the exception of the second bedroom (road noise), but tolerable. My only wish is that there was more "outside" options like a communal patio/picnic area. The lanai is the only real "outside" space and I like being outdoors in Hawaii. In January, with windows open the unit was well ventilated.
We would stay here again. Comfortable beds and having the laundry was nice. It is 10 minute drive to most of the shops in Waikoloa and 2 minute drive to the nearest market and gas station. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need, but we ate out meals. The water from the shower was warm and the place was quiet at night. Easy check in and out.
The location is great, grocery store, coffee shop and some takeout places within walking distance. The is a new plaza with more shops opening soon. The condo is well equipped, beds are comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking during your stay. There are snorkels , masks, fins, beach toys, beach chairs, and beach towels. It is only a short drive to several nice beaches.
Nice property, nice area. Well maintained 2 bed, 2 bath. All the amenities you need. Well stocked kitchen and condo. David was wonderful to deal with! We had difficulty getting into the unit and he was immediately on the phone with us trying to sort it out.
Would recommend this property and would absolutely return!

the VRBO listing is very honest for this unit, pretty big condo with 2 big bedrooms with access to the 2 bathrooms. Condo on the golf club with large lanai and very quiet, condo is well equipped so you do not have to buy extra of everything.

We live in California but grew up on an island and thus love to travel to the Big Island whenever we get a chance throughout the year. We enjoy the beautiful beaches and exploring new places. We like cooking and being outdoors so you will find what you need to cook and enjoy your stay. Our apartment has snorkels, beach towels, and boogie boards. If you have a little one, the apartment also has a pack n' play, high chair, and a stroller. We strive to provide items that you will want to use but would be cumbersome to take on a vacation.
