On the ground floor of a detached house in a small village in southern Ardeche at the foot of chassezac Gorge. A favorable place for swimming (500m river), fishing, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, tennis (1 km), golf (12 km), canoeing (20km), etc ...
On the edge of the Cevennes National Park and the Regional Park of the Ardèche.
The village is also a stage of the cycling race of Ardéchoise, cycling concentration which takes place in June.
Possibility to rent at night (from 3 nights minimum), excluding high season.
In July and August, rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday.

Accueil parfait , région très belle mais pour de bons marcheurs manque de commerces , il faut prendre la voiture à chaque fois sur des routes étroites et sinueuses

jolie région , jolie gorge , joli village , jolie rivière , personnes accueillantes et gite agréable ..... voila comment résumer notre séjour cet été , deconnection et decompretion totale dans un cadre merveilleux . énormément de balades et de baignades a proximités sans prendre la voiture . Seul probleme après de bonne journée bien remplie , un bon couchage aurai été très appréciable ,un changement de matelas s'impose .

Notre séjour date de 2006, 10 ANS après, nous en gardons un très très bon souvenir. Les propriétaires très accueillant et discret. on revient en Ardèche cette année.... en Aout et on voulais revenir ... mais c'est complet !

j y et passe une semaine tres agréable calme et rando au pied du gite un resto super pour le soir au village du bas(500M A PIED)acceuille sympa et repas au top le gites inpec pour 4 personnes jespére y retournee au mois d avril

très bonne appréciation

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Logement conforme à la description. Les propriétaires nous accueillent à notre arrivée et nous laissent tranquilles après et c'est très bien. Situation idéale pour un couple qui recherche la "paix" pendant ses vacances. Le logement est loin des centres commerciaux (mais çà on s'en doute vu la situation géographique). et alors ! on fait les courses une fois la semaine et basta....avec le congélateur, pas de problème. Les gens du coin sont agréables sans être envahissants. Il y a plein de randonnées à faire dans le secteur. Balades à pied sympa et en voiture, en partant pour la journée, on fait sans problème les gorges de l'ardèche, Antraigues (le village de Jean ferrat) et même les gorges du Tarn (nous sommes allés à l'abime de Bramabiau) En ce qui nous concerne, peut-être nos meilleures vacances.

déçue

La description de la location n'est pas exacte, il y a bien la rivière à 500 m mais on ne peut pas s'y baigner. Il y a des panneaux indiquant "Danger" sur tout le long de la rivière, il y a des barrages hydroélectriques donc interdit à la baignade !!!! Donc très déçue car deux enfants en bas âge et obligé de faire une trentaine de kilomètre pour pouvoir se baigner. Prévoir un pic nique car il faut 3 4 d'heure pour descendre la montagne et arriver aux Vans. La location était propre. Contacte avec les propriétaires brève (la remise des clées pour le départ se fait dans la boîtes aux lettres !) Je ne recommande pas cette location à une famille avec des enfants car elle est très isolée. Voiture obligatoire pour sortir.
