Located on the ground floor of the building at Neue Bergstraße 1 in Scharbeutz, this chic, 3-room apartment, renovated in 2024. From this like-new holiday rental, it’s only about 100 metres to the beach, and the town centre—with its promenade, restaurants, and boutiques—is also just a few minutes’ walk away, as is a bakery.

Supermarkets are just one kilometre away.

Bedroom I is equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), a built-in closet, and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom II features a tandem bed (extends to 160x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the holiday rental can be darkened with curtains.

The bathroom, with its beautiful tile design, features a shower and a toilet.

This is a non-smoking holiday apartment. One dog is permitted in this apartment upon prior notice.
A high chair is included in the apartment. Unfortunately, there is no lift in the building.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher).
