At this lovely home, style, comfort, and location intercede to create a dreamy escape to the South Carolina coast!

Stroll up to this gorgeous property, and you'll be greeted by beautiful landscaping and the salty scent of the ocean air. Enter the home and journey up to the main level, where you'll find a bright and stylish space, with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows. A spacious living area offers three different places to gather, from the plush sofas surrounding the fireplace and the big flat-screen TV to the area over by the windows looking outside.

On the other side of the living area, you'll discover the fully equipped kitchen and a large dining set that seats six. There's plenty of areas to relax with a homemade snack or cocktail, as the kitchen also offers up a compact dining set for four and two seats at the island countertop. From this area you can also access the additional dining set on the back patio, along with an entrance to the outside porch where a comfortable outdoor set invite you to sit and look out at the pool.

When it comes to the bedrooms, you'll find cozy places to retreat to after long days immersing yourself in the Isle of Palms life. On the first floor you'll find a queen-sized bed with access to the back screened in porch. Up on the second floor are the remaining four bedrooms. Two feature queen-sized beds, while the third is furnished with three twin beds. The master suite offers guests a luxurious retreat, with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom flooded with natural light and a huge soaking tub. Each room comes equipped with its own flat-screen TV, adding another perk to this already amazing property.

The outdoor spaces are the real highlight of this home, from the ocean view rooftop deck accessible by spiral staircase to the perfectly manicured lawn. A beautiful pool offers an alternative to an ocean swim, and lounge chairs offer a space to soak up the sunshine. Please note that the pool does not have a heater.

The outdoor shower only adds to the lengthy list of amenities, giving this home all the features you need for a fabulous beach vacation!

*Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.

This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is intended as a family beach rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
