Renovated Single-Storey House – La Cotinière, Île d’Oléron

Ideally located in the heart of the island’s west coast, La Cotinière is a lively, authentic fishing port open year-round. The house sits in a quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing holiday.



With 57 m² of living space and a private 150 m² garden, you can reach the beaches, port, and shops in just 10 minutes on foot. Cycling paths are only 200 m away, and the main town, Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron, is 3 km from the property.



Fully renovated in 2019, the house offers all the comforts you need: a bright living room with sofa, dining area, and TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.



There are two bedrooms: one with a 160 × 210 cm bed, and another with a 140 cm bed and a single bunk bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower; WC is separate. A utility room with washing machine is also available. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) is provided.



Outdoors, enjoy a secure courtyard—ideal for children—and two terraces, one facing south and one north, so you can enjoy the sun at any time of day. Garden furniture, table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers are provided. There is a secure shelter for storing bikes.



For your comfort, electricity meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out. A daily allowance per person is included; any extra usage will be charged for an additional fee.



Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility. The property must be left clean and tidy. Bed linen and towels are not included. Charging electric vehicles is strictly prohibited.
